This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ethenu.store.

Our Approach

Because ETHENU products are personal care items, we are intentional about hygiene, safety, and quality. At the same time, we want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase.
 

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at ethenullc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide next steps and return instructions if applicable.
 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

This includes products that have been applied to skin.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

At this time, ethenu.store does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the best option.
