During periods of high demand, processing times may vary slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, ETHENU is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes will also be displayed at checkout.
 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
 

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

ETHENU is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at ethenullc@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.

We may request photos or additional information to help resolve the issue.
 

International Shipping

At this time, ethenu.store does not offer international shipping. We will update this policy if international shipping becomes available in the future.
